In this study, wind-solar PV hybrid electricity generation and application to Electric Vehicle (EV) was studied in Central University of Kerala, Kasaragod, Kerala, India. The findings of this research are twofold.
This work emphasizes the utilization of plug-in electric vehicle as a backup power supply for residential loads in developing and underdeveloped countries as a part of the residential microgrid, without affecting its operation as an electric vehicle.
This work presents the design of a hybrid mode unmanned aerial vehicle (HUAV) and the selection of right configuration capable of performing vertical takeoff and landing similar a rotorcraft and forward flight like a conventional fixed wing airplane.
The demand for oil resources is raising more in India when compared to other countries. The estimated demand in oil resources seems to be 9.8 million barrels a day at the end of 2040. 65% of that increase in demand is mainly due to vehicle transportation.
In this research work, a power converter suitable for HEV with a primary energy source port, primary storage port, and a secondary storage port is considered. The prime objective is to synthesize a non-isolated power converter with four ports that could facilitate simultaneous power flow from multiple sources to the load.
