Potential of Wind Solar PV Hybrid Electricity Generation and Application to Electric Vehicles
Publication Year: 2020
Author(s): Abubakar G
Abstract:
In this study, wind-solar PV hybrid electricity generation and application to Electric Vehicle (EV) was studied in Central University of Kerala, Kasaragod, Kerala, India. The findings of this research are twofold. First, the potential studies using modelling and simulation to understand the behavior of the system at all level of generation, and second validation studies to confirm the behavior of the system using real-time experimental measurements. This research provided a clear and comprehensive analysis of wind electricity generation potential at all level of generation i.e. monthly, seasonal and diurnal.at the study area, using the potential studies and validation.
