Abstract:

The increasing environmental pollution from conventional fuel vehicles presents a new opportunity for electric vehicles to reduce dependence on oil and address low energy efficiency issues. Although hybrid vehicles have shown better fuel economy than conventional vehicles, they are still in the transitional stage of pure electric vehicle development, as people become increasingly concerned about energy and environmental issues. Energy technology is an indispensable part of the development of pure electric vehicles, but there are fewer review articles on pure electric vehicle energy technology. In this paper, the types of on-board energy sources and energy storage technologies are first introduced, and then the types of on-board energy sources used in pure electric vehicles are analyzed. Secondly, it will focus on the types of energy management strategies used in pure electric vehicles. Finally, the energy technology of pure electric vehicles is summarized, and the problems faced in the development of energy technology for pure electric vehicles and their solutions are pointed out and discussed. This will further promote the development of pure electric vehicles.
