Abstract:
The Central Government, exercising its powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16, read with section 17 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, made this order called the Automobile Wheel Rim Component (Quality Control) Order, 2020 on 21st September 2020.
Wheel Rim Category 2W,3W, rickshaw and e-cart shall conform to the corresponding Indian Standard mentioned in this document.
