Abstract:

The presentation on “Fundamentals of Electric Vehicle Charging Technology and its Grid Integration” by Prof Pablo Frias, IIT Comillas, Spain focussed on the topics covered in the report that includes fundamentals of EV charging technology, interoperability, challenges of grid integration of EVs, grid support from EVs, and smart charging & cyber security. The presentation was held during the e-launch of the first two reports from the project “Integration of Electric Vehicles Charging Infrastructure with Distribution Grid: Global Review, India’s Gap Analyses and Way Forward”.
