It utilizes worldwide evidence, encompassing workshop discussions, IEA analysis, and a diverse array of global case studies, to ascertain significant impacts and insights derived from evidence and practice. It emphasizes that behavioral change is most effective when underpinned by cohesive legislative frameworks, targeted initiatives that address affordability, and structural modifications across sectors like buildings, transportation, and appliances.
