Abstract:
This tariff notification document was released in conformity of tariff order dated 03.09.2019 issued by U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission in the exercise of powers under section 24 of the Electricity Reforms Act, 1999 and section 61 and 62 of Electricity Act-2003 and all other power in this behalf and in supersession of all previous notifications, orders and instructions on the subject.
This order contains the Rate Schedule of Uttar Pradesh for FY 2019-20.
