Abstract:

Assam Electricity Grid Corporation Limited (AEGCL) filed a petition to Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission (AERC) for revision in the transmission tariff and after receiving suggestions/objections from stakeholders and all other relevant materials on record, the commission approved the True-up for FY 2017-18 and APR for FY 2018-19 for AEGCL, and ARR for FY 2019-20 to FY 2021-22, and determined the Transmission Tariff and SLDC Charges for FY 2019-20 as detailed in this Tariff Order 2019-20.
