Abstract:
This study proposes a method to suppress Motor Induced Electromagnetic Vibration and Noise (EVN) in Induction Motors (IM). The study analyzes the influence of rotor slot quantity on IM function, proposes an optimization strategy for rotor slot fit, and proposes an optimization strategy for IM skewness. The experiment successfully suppressed EVN induced by electric vehicle motors, with optimal parameters achieved when rotor slot quantity is 53. The study suggests weakening harmonic amplitude related to low-order REFW. The peak values of the motor at the second and third vibration modes are -35 db Hz and -38 db Hz, respectively, which are lower than traditional motors. The proposed strategies can significantly suppress EVN of IM and improve the function of electric vehicles, promoting the development of the electric vehicle industry.
