Abstract:

The location planning of electric vehicle charging stations and battery-swapping stations needs to consider many factors, and the location decision is often a multi-objective management planning problem. This paper is based on the location planning of charging stations and battery-swapping stations and considers the behavioral ability of users. The impact of the location and layout of charging stations and battery-swapping stations is to minimize the total cost, maximize user satisfaction, and minimize the electric energy consumed by electric vehicles on the way to stations. A planning model for the site selection of charging and battery-swapping stations based on multi-objective management planning. Then use the YALMIP/CPLEX method to solve the problem, dynamically analyze the relationship between the key parameters and the results, and finally obtain the optimal location planning and management layout of stations through a calculation example. It provides a certain reference for the location planning of urban electric vehicle charging stations and battery-swapping stations. It is useful to reduce current users' concerns regarding electric vehicle charging and battery swaps, attract new users to the electric vehicle market, and speed the adoption of electric vehicles.
