Abstract:
The Central Government, exercising its powers conferred by section 27, 64, 110 and 137 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 made the Central Motor Vehicles (Sixteenth Amendment) Rules, 2014 to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 with the inclusion of E-rickshaws and E-carts on 8th October 2014.
