Abstract:

The corona crisis is expected to result in heavy economic losses. Both supply and demand shock as consumers (can) consume less due to lockdown and companies (have to) reduce their production. At the same time, the climate crisis is not gone away. 

In this presentation, the Agora Verkehrswende proposed a recovery programme for targeted growth and investment in Germany containing over 50 dual-benefit measures. The presentation focuses on these mechanisms and illustrates them mainly with examples from Agora's proposal for Germany.
