Abstract:

The study period is for 15 years from 2001 to 2015 Transport plays an important role in economic growth and globalization, but most types cause air pollution and land problems. Several review of literature on various issues relating to Traffic problem, Parking problem , Public transport, Private transport and Public Private Partership. All these studies have evaluated the issues of transport at macro level less attempts was made to related the development of road and total major motor vehicles in Karnataka. Therefore the present study focuses on analyzing the efficiency and infrastructural issues relating to urban public transport in Mysuru city bus stand.
