Abstract:
This draft document of Central Motor Vehicles (11th Amendment) Rules, 2016 was published by the Central Government to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 with the insertion of Emission Standards for Bharat Stage VI (BS-VI) for category M and N vehicles having Gross Vehicle Weight not exceeding 3500kg, manufactured on or after 1st April 2020 for all models as mentioned in this document.
