Abstract:
This notification of certain draft rules was published by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, as sub rule (1) of rule 47 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 was amended to be substituted in respect of the models of the E-rickshaws and E-carts existing prior to publication of the Central Motor Vehicles (Sixteenth Amendment) Rules, 2014.
