Abstract:
If a proposed sustainable development is going to make any significant difference it has to be on a large scale and probably disruptive. This case study illustrates the challenges that must be anticipated in implementing large-scale disruptive technologies. This resource is divided into two sections: a handout to be used with students in the classroom and an example assessment. There is also an associated lecture presentation.
