Abstract:
The Central Government, exercising its powers proposes this draft of certain rules further to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, with the inclusion of the Mass Emission Standards for Bharat Stage VI (BS-VI) for category M and N vehicles having Gross Vehicle Weight not exceeding 3500kg, manufactured on or after 1st April 2020 for all models.
