This guidebook for City Bus Operations documents the tools and practices that have helped Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT) set up its efficiency of its buses in Bhubaneswar and the capital region. It outlines the organisational development (Part I), transit planning (Part II) and training activities (Part III) and serves as a ready reference for CRUT employees and for other cities, especially for those focussing on gross-cost contract models.
