Abstract:
This notification of Central Motor Vehicles (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2016 was issued by the Central Government to amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 with the insertion of permitted limits for Retro-fitment of a hybrid electric system or electric kit to vehicles.
