EESL is implementing the world’s largest energy efficiency portfolio across sectors like lighting, buildings, electric mobility, smart metering, agriculture, etc. at a scale which no organization has been able to achieve.

This paper analyses how the total cost of ownership (TCO) of electric light commercial vehicles change with the number of kilometers driven, the period of ownership, the residual value of the battery, and different fiscal incentives, as well as a kilometer charging scheme.

The Draft Bihar Electric Vehicle Policy 2019 aim at the creation of manufacturing ecosystem for e-vehicles in the State, fulfil Sustainable Development Goals in the transport system and make Bihar the most preferred investment destination for EV Sector.
